Luxury and Designer Ping Pong

Table tennis has returned to the forefront thanks to the Lebrun brothers' ventures into various recent competitions, including the 2024 Paris Olympics. This is an opportunity for many people to dig out dusty old tables from their garage, or simply treat themselves to one.
But some enthusiasts aren't satisfied with a simple folding table from Decathlon, and want something exceptional. A ping pong table can sell for tens of thousands of euros, and today we're going to take a look at three of the most expensive tables on the market. With their high-quality materials, renowned and fashionable designers, and prestigious brands, the ping pong table has truly entered the world of luxury.
The Deceptor model, designed by Janne Kyttanen. So here we have a relatively inexpensive table, as it can be found for around 32,000 euros. Kyttanen is one of the pioneers of 3D printing design, which allows him to create unique shapes and free himself from the physical constraints of wood or metal.
Beautiful, original, it looks like it was made for a contemporary art museum. I love the matching snowshoes.
Louis Vuitton is taking up table tennis. In the purest modern style of the two-letter brand, with colored leather and gilding, it exudes luxury.  French. This little marvel will cost you 67,000 euros. Probably the price of an exceptional object, one you won't see in everyone's home.
Finally, here is the most expensive table on the market today (at least to my knowledge): the Rosa Portobello model created by Momoni Design.
Well, this is a large block of very high-quality marble with carved decorations. It will still cost you the price of a small apartment, namely 116,000 euros. I think that here we are mainly paying for the material which seems to be a rather exceptional and rare marble. The patterns must be cut with immense precision, which makes me think that the table is made by ultra-modern machines (Laser? Water cutting?) It must also have to be transported by specialized professionals and teams, which must add another few thousand euros to the overall budget.
So there's a market for ultra-luxurious games. Another article on foosball tables in the same price range will follow soon. There are some... amazing things out there.
Otherwise, at Gamin you can buy a very high quality and unique table, for much less: the Pongster
